FAQ

Safety in Africa

South Africa is the exception on a continent with still poor but ever changing infrastructure. Few foreign investments were directed to the infrastructure of African countries until year 2000. From this point, China began to invest heavily in countries that negotiate partnerships in natural or mineral resources, essential and strategic sectors. During the apartheid regime, South Africa has developed an infrastructure comparable to that of European countries in some sectors, such as transport and communication. It has brought development of industry and benefits not only to its population, but also to the tourist visiting the country.
