FAQ

Planning your trip

The expression "starting from" is used whenever we enter the value of a package on the site, as it can assume different levels according to a number of variables:

seasonality: in addition to the 4 existing seasons for our packages (highest, high, medium and low), there may also be fluctuations in values within the same season.
occupancy: fare depends on the occupancy of each flight present on the itinerary. The earlier the booking, the lower occupations and therefore the lower rates.
day of the week: air fare also depends on the day of the week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the most expensive days. Monday to Thursday the cheapest.
hospitality standard: in Collection packages, it is always 4 * value for money; in Journeys packages, this is the entry level ("starting from").
room type: we always consider standard rooms in the values, but there may be confirmations in superior rooms, upon request of the passenger or unavailability of the hotel.

While there are other secondary factors that also affect values, these are the main ones. To apply the value "starting from", therefore, it is necessary to gather a series of variables, but most important is the early booking request. Upon receiving a request with full passenger names and exact departure dates, we no longer use the "starting from" values and move to the exact value in customized quotations.
